One Photo, Many Moods in Lightroom Editing

Above: Unedited image of a couple enjoying a gondola ride at Bridge of Sighs in Italy.

I took this image in Italy and have struggled to edit it. I have five or six versions of this image in different moods, mostly vintage-looking. Editing can bring an image to life and invoke different emotions. If I were to give you one piece of advice, it would be to realise the power of editing your photos or videos—practice, practice and practice. The more you edit and get feedback, the better you get over time!

Professionals spend years learning this art, and that’s why you can see epic movies with modern, futuristic or nostalgic warm looks. The same applies to photos. So here are a few photos for your viewing pleasure. Contact me for a one-on-one session if you want to learn how I achieved these looks.

Enjoy, warm wishes.
