To be a full-time creator - Long-term Strategy

Long-term Strategy for Being a Full-Time Creator

I recently met with the director of a digital marketing company in Cape Town and learned that my website's performance is only at 53% in areas like optimisation and speed. I aim to build a community beyond social media, so my website needs to be efficient to attract users. After leaving my corporate job for a creative career, I want my site to be a stronghold for showcasing my work. Although I could choose cheaper SEO and Google Ads services, I felt a positive connection with this company and decided to move forward with them. It’s a BIG financial stretch, but I’m hopeful it will pay off, Insha Allah.

Lesson: Taking risks is essential; long-term results should outweigh short-term savings. I compete against major players to earn a living through my products, such as courses and one-on-one lessons. Therefore, I'm focusing on optimising my website and letting experts handle Google Ads and SEO while being patient.
